New Artist Highlight: Pac Div!!!

Okay ya'll so Im sure you have never heard of these cats but they hot to me! I like them! They remind me of that ol skool Hip Hop mixed with a little futuristic funk. I have created my own name and genre of this and I call it 80's futuristic hop..(for rap) and 80's futuristic pop (for pop music). I know I always come up with my own isshhhh... Any way these three cats from the West Coast got hella buzz on Myspace and now they got the world buzzing! The group consists of brothers, Like and Mibbs, along with longtime friend BeYoung. Old School Jam Session!! Special Edition "R.I.P. Biggie"

So today was the day that the King of New York was murdered in the city of L.A. He was shot down about 6-7 months after his rival TuPac Shakur was murdered. At this time in Hip Hop things were crazy. It was one of the best times with the music but the violence was ridiculous and we saw how the music actually influenced the people and thus there were many fights over whether or not you were an East Coast or West Coast representer. I remember this day the year was 1997 and it seemed surreal as I sit in my friend Brandi's room watching the words go across the bottom of the screen while we watched MTV. It was unbelievable. Biggie left this earth way before his time but he left a legend behind him and so much good music for us to remember him by.
